This production line is highly efficient with its automatic outfeed and its stacker integrated into the production sequence. This line can be operated by two men.

The work table and its assembling jig allow operators to manufacture the first part of the next truss while finalizing the one in progress.

An accumulation and transfer conveyor that allows the receiving of two packages is attached after the stacker.

Two configurations are available: one for the manufacture of joists up to 28 feet in length, and the other for joists up to 40 feet in length.

Several related accessories are also available to optimize the wood infeed to the truss line, including splicer, cart, quad saw, etc.

Similar to a standard linear joist line, this new version occupies considerably less space. It offers a new joist template, and the parking at the end of the table eliminates an action in joist manufacturing.

The table can be attached to the standard finishing roller, the outer conveyor, and the joist stacker.

Depending on the desired production capacity, you can use the line alone or with attached equipment.

This joist press works with two hydraulic cylinders and is designed for the manufacture of small roof trusses. It can also be used for open web joists with metal “V” or wooden diagonals.

The length of the table is adapted to the customer’s needs. The standard length is 40’.

Wood splicer allows you to join two pieces of wood firmly with your studded plates. The splicer is only activated when both activation buttons are pressed simultaneously, which ensures operator safety. The Wood splicer is equipped with an easily accessible lubrication system on the side.

We offer the designing and manufacturing of belt or grid conveyors for waste collection. The waste conveyor is placed at the end of the conveyor of the saw, similar to our quad saw (web cutter). It carries wood waste to a recycling bin.

We manufacture custom conveyors according to your equipment, location, and needs. The length, width and height as well as inclination can vary.

This chain conveyor is used to transport wood from the outside to the inside of the building. Once inside, the bundle is placed on an unloading table whose height can be hydraulically adjusted.

The quad saw is a user-friendly machine designed to cut the length and angles of the webs for wood open joists. Using the saw’s loader, the operator only has to feed the saw with wood. Once the cycle has begun, the rest of the process is completed on its own. The only thing left to do is to collect the finished products at the exit of the saw.

Adjustable from 15 to 85 degrees for angles and equipped with 6 cutting blades, all mounted on independent engines, this saw will increase the number of pieces cut per hour.

This hydraulic table is used to adjust the wood bundle to the desired height when feeding wood to the saw. The table is hydraulically adjusted by the workers who determine its height. This ensures that the wood is always at the right height for the operator of the adjacent machine. This equipment is often used after the infeed conveyor.
